Public Contracts Scotland

Access the national advertising portal for all contracting opportunities across the Scottish public sector. This portal, launched in 2008, aims to ensure that public money is being spent wisely and that all procurement activities are obtaining the most economically advantageous solutions from suppliers.

Sell2Wales

This information source and procurement portal has been set up by the Welsh Government with the aim of helping businesses win contracts with the public sector across Wales where Public Sector buyers advertise and manage tender opportunities and businesses promote their services.

eSourcing NI

Direct access to the Electronic Tendering site which allows supplying organisations to take part in tender opportunities led by Northern Ireland Public Sector and Regulated Contracting Authorities, through which all procurement is channelled. Information on tenders for NI is also available at: https://etendersni.gov.uk/epps/home.do

CCS - Crown Commercial Service

The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) is an executive agency of the Cabinet Office of the UK Government. The CCS is responsible for managing the procurement of common goods and services across the Public Sector. CCS's operations, include a range of framework agreements, which are pre-tendered and through which public sector customers can purchase goods and services without going through the normal tender process. 

UPC - Universities Purchasing Consortium

Access the six UK purchasing consortia, which have come together for the procurement of products and services for Universities and Colleges across the UK regions. 

NHS Supply

Procurement frameworks are agreements that enable NHS organisations to buy services and goods from one or more supplier and last a maximum of four years before a tender for a new framework is published. Defence Sourcing Portal

The Defence Sourcing Portal (DSP) is the official source of MOD contract opportunities. The DSP is the e-sourcing platform and one-stop-shop for contract opportunities, tendering and information on doing business with the Ministry of Defence. MOD contract opportunities will be advertised and tendered on this platform. Dept of Transport

DfT (central) (or DfTc) procurement policy is to compete using the Crown Commercial Service framework agreements for much of its sourcing activities. When no established framework agreement exists, the procurement policy is to advertise all opportunities via Contracts Finder where the value of the procurement opportunity is above £12,000 and Find a Tender service (FTS) where the value of the procurement opportunity is above procurement thresholds
